SVdP’s Voice of the Poor is a standing committee of our District Council that addresses needs of the poor and advocates for solutions.
Services Put in perspective the impact of home visits and emergency assistance by examining the bigger social and economic picture in San Mateo County. Promote long-term and effective assistance without endorsing political parties or candidates. Look at issues that cause poverty, suffering or exclusion. Benefits The Society of St. Vincent de Paul encourages positive changes for the future of San Mateo County. Our efforts help to sustain a healthier community and more secure families.
