SVdP’s Catherine’s Center Musical Gala at Kohl Mansion
Sr. Marguerite Buchanan, RSM will be honored at this year’s Society of St. Vincent de Paul’s Catherine’s Center 9th Annual Musical Gala at Kohl Mansion. Since inception in 2003, and with co-foundress Sister Marguerite’s vision and love, more than 70 women have benefitted from this Restorative Justice program of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul of San Mateo County.The Gala will be held on Sunday, January 29th at 5:00 p.m.

The Kohl Mansion is located at 2750 Adeline Drive, Burlingame.
The evening will feature a champagne reception followed by desserts and Irish Coffee.
Entertainment will feature the sounds of Musae, a premier women's vocal ensemble based in San Francisco.
SVdP’s Catherine’s Center offers solace, safety and a new productive way of life for the women it shelters. SVdP’s Catherine’s Center is a transitional home for women leaving incarceration and provides space for up to 10 women at one time as they participate in carefully structured individualized programs designed to simultaneously treat mind, body and spirit. Residents stay up to 12 months and if needed, receive further support as program alumnae. Strengthened by having the full responsibility of participation in SVdP’s Catherine’s Center activities and requirements, the women leave with a greater sense of self-esteem and connection to family and community.
