MARGUERITE BUCHANAN TO BE HONORED AT KOHL MANSION MUSICAL GALA ON JANUARY 29th Sr. Marguerite Buchanan, RSM will be honored at this year’s Society of St. Vincent de Paul’s Catherine’s Center 9th Annual Musical Gala at Kohl Mansion. Since inception in 2003, and with co-foundress Sister Marguerite’s vision and love, more than 70 women have benefitted from this Restorative Justice program of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul of San Mateo County.

THE COLD WEATHER IS HERE! Our struggling homeless brothers and sisters of San Mateo County are in desperate need of your help. While we sleep the night away within the comfort and warmth of our beds, many men and women must bear the freezing temperatures of the night on the streets. The simple luxury of a bed to sleep in is something they just don’t have.
You can directly help the homeless across San Mateo County by donating $25 to SVdP’s Sleeping Bag Appeal, which will purchase one new sleeping bag rated for very cold weather
